ok lets try this again and if u cant complete the transaction please dont bid! This is a 1956 ford thunderbird title in hand and ready for a new home.. ur gonna save lots of money if u are into these cars then u know what i mean. the reserve is realistic. if u want the car bid and u might win it. so please dont ask for an out of ebay sale.. see my feedback and ask questions. fact straight body never any wrecks.. i took the old paint out and hit metal. so i can say no wrecks. no body rust. side vents were deleated due to no fresh air tubes. undercarriage solid and is good for a 60 year old car. no trash car here. fact electrical works signals stop lamps and lights. guages too.. it is missing the original horns so no horns. fact rebuilt generator, pressure tested radiator, new edelbrock carb. fact new rear tires on powdercaoted rims.. comes with 56 t bird wheel covers and the dog dish caps that u see on her. fact. new fuel tank fact ford big block 390 and a ford borg warner 4 speed transmission. hurst shifter. fact runs and drives. exterior chrome has all been re-chromed. interior is there no rips. all trim is there no stains on seats undercarriage still solid southern car. now what it needs. a full exhaust system. from the front to the rear.. a good clay bar because it is a newer paint job and clear coat. so ill say the paint in nice but can be nicer with a good polish. the hood does close. this is a great project and with a few bucks u can have a great little rod with out being broke.. no convertible top. no continental kit. no original engine block no original transmission. if u are looking for an original bird then this is not for u. if ur looking for something u can drive then this is it. way cheap.dont ask...lets be fair. i will consider a 67 68 69 camaro. solid body no drive train.6 cylinder ok or a 67 68 69 70 fastback mustang. text me or e mail me 9152691938 maxgarnica@yahoo car is located in el paso texas 79907 one mile south of i-10 exit lomaland. On Jan-15-12 at 07:14:06 PST, seller added the following information: ok to answer ur questions. its not a crate motor.. the car runs and the motor makes no noises or anything strange. motor does not leak oil. i dont know how long ago it was rebuilt. yes the original hubcaps come with the car. (red little crests) all four of them. two new tires rear tires taller then front. yes electrical lights work. headlights turn signals and stop lamps no horns it did not have them.( no battery in car) it has exhaust manifolds.. needs mufflers cuz its super loud.. yes its a borg warner.. it shifts fine.. i guess before the top loader there was the borgwarner. hurst shifter. short throw shifter. paint from one to 10. its a 7.. u wash it and u polish it im not .... no dents on dings. what u see is what u get. see pics. i lowered the reserve. so u can take it to the detail shop and weld up some mufflers.
