This is our 1998 Jeep Cherokee. It has 189K miles and is an automatic transmission. This is a great running SUV. With the exception of the damaged areas, the paint and body are great and it has no rust. The paint is all original and we are the second owners, having purchased it about five years ago so we could make it up our 220 foot extremely steep driveway in the snow, which it has certainly done very well. It has cosmetic damage to the passenger side and hood that was incurred during the hurricane. Our retaining wall collapsed due to the rain and winds and fell against the Jeep, scraping and denting the truck in those areas and cracking the windshield . All damage is purely cosmetic and the only necessary replacement would be a windshield which when we researched it , Payless Auto Glass and Safelite Auto Glass come to the house and replace them in your driveway . We just have too many vehicles and have decided to sell it rather than replace the windshield. It has power windows, power and heated mirrors, 4wd, remote locking and cruise control. About two years ago we had the differential and transfer case rebuilt, installed Bridgestone A/T Revo tires and replaced shocks and exhaust. This past summer we replaced the front brake pads and rotors, thermostat and housing, a/c compressor and the a/c auxilary fan. Everything works with the exception of rear tailgate wiper and passenger power window switch. It does work from the switch on the drivers door. ***If buy it now option is selected, I will have Payless Auto Glass install a new windshield before pickup.*** The $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours via paypal and must be paid in full within 7 days. Buy it now disappears when bids were placed, However if it helps anyone to have windshield done before picking up the Jeep, I could give you the number of the local place which I was quoted by and you can pay them by credit card and they could replace windshield at my house before you pick it up. They told me just one days notice needed.
