1965 Honda CB

Well I'm sure no expert on vintage Honda's, but an elderly friend of mine bought this honda CB 160 sport brand new. (in 1964). This is what I call a"Barn Fresh" bike. This bike has sat idle in his garage for the last 35 years. It is being sold as-is, and just how I received it from him. It's sure not perfect, and it won't win any beauty contests. (in fact it is still covered with the dirt and dust). The engine turns over freely, and has good compression. With the exception of the small tank badges, and 1 mirror, This Honda is 100% complete, 100% original, and 100% un-molested.It has been stored inside, and was running excellent when last put away. I have all the manuals and records since day one, including the orig. sales reciept and all the scheduled mtce. tickets.This bike has the keys and even has the factory tool kit still on board. I have a clear and open colorado title for it. I would much rather you plan for the worst and hope for the best than be disappointed in any way. Now that having been said, I have no doubts that someone more mechanical than myself could have this bike up and going again in fairly short order. My opening bid is 450.00 with no reserve . Term of sale I can not ship..... This means I can not crate, box, disassemble, or deliver to a shipping company. I will however be more than happy to assist your shipper, however I can. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit through Pay Pal is required within 48 hours of auction's end. PayPal is acceptable for the deposit only.
