This is a 1980 Cadillac Eldorado. It is in very good condition for its age. The car runs and drives good, but there are a couple of issues that may require you to trailer it home. The drivers side window will not go up. I believe there may be a gear stripped out. I can hear the motor run, but the window does not move. There is a brake line leak. This leak is just above the rear axle. The rest of the car is in above average condition for its age. There is some paint fading and a little surface rust, but not rusted all the way through anywhere that I saw. I believe the car is 100% original with the exception of the radio. It has a sony radio. There are no cracks in the glass. The tires will need to be replaced sometime soon. The interior is in almost perfect condition. There is just a little weather cracking on the drivers seat. Other than that I can see no defects on the interior. It even still has the cadillac floor mats and they are in great shape! I can not tell the milage on this car, because there is a flag that came up over the odometer that says emissions. I believe this means that the cad. converter is plugging up, but not sure. A mechanic told me that it should be removed or replaced. I only see three small dings on the car, one on each front fender and one on the drivers door. They are very minor, like rock chips. Some of the plastic trim around the car is cracked. I will work on the brake line if I have to in order to get it road worthy, but I would really rather just sell it.
