Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This is an amazing early 260Z converted to a Chevy 350 and Turbo 350 3 speed tans. This car is very original and completely restored. An excellent example of a super clean Z and professional V8 conversion. The conversion and restoration were done right with no skimping and it is easily evident when looking at and driving this car. It is a "sleeper" with stock appearance... only the V8 rumble and awesome power will let people know there is something special under the hood. Even the exhaust appears stock. Great driver with beautiful balance, handling, and braking. Fast but not scary... a blast to drive. Just a really nice, exceptionally clean, great driving Z with a fantastic drive train. Body is super straight and rust free. No signs of collision damage or body work that I can see. Paint is fantastic and presents beautifully from all angles. Interior is excellent as well with no rips or tears. Seats, panels, carpet, etc all look great. Dash has a full cover. All gauges work including (amazingly) the clock! Tach needs to be calibrated to the V8. Original radio and overall appearance. Motor is a Chevy small block with 4 bolt main. Nice aluminum intake with Edelbrock 4 barrel carb, headers with nice custom exhaust, aluminum valve covers and nice engine details. Turbo 350 trans with B&M drag style shifter. Starts, runs, and drives beautifully. Great all around driver feels smooth and balanced. Shifts smooth and stops straight. Nice V8 sound but not too loud or obnoxious. Great all around driver in traffic or open road. Overall this is an excellent example of a Z car and V8 conversion. Fantastic daily driver, weekend cruiser, or show car. I am a Z collector and have had other V8 Z's... this one is special and excellent all around. No disappointments here. The car is located in Beverly Hills...
