Vehicle Detail

All Rise. Up for sale is a TRUE 1 of 357 1971 GTO Judge! Has not been on the road since 1994. 455 engine, "13" heads, Quadrajet carb, Headers, Turbo 400 trans, p/s, pdb, large front sway bar, quick ratio steering box and the boxed lower control arms to the rear end. The 455 YH engine is free. The original distributer has been replaced with a HEI distributer as well as the stock intake which was replaced with an aftermarket aluminium Edlebrock Torquer. Solid frame. All panels are straight. It does have the usual rust spots. The lower front fenders behind the front wheels. A little on the lower quarter panels. No rust in the inner fenders, rust on the lip of the trunk and small holes that will need to be patched around the rear glass. Of course the floor pans including the trunk needs to be replaced. The paint has been stripped does not have any paint on it, showing any body filler which is limited. All body filler can be removed if the front fenders are removed to get access to the small dent next to the radiator support and a small patch of filler covering a small ding in the right quarter panel that can be easily worked out. The hood does not have any rust in the nose that are prone to these hoods. The hood latch release bar is missing but the latch is all there. The hood tach has been removed but the base is there. The trunk lid has the holes drilled for the rear spoiler but the spoiler is missing. REPOs are less than $300.00 on Ebay. The seats are all there as well as the door panels with trim which of course will need to be restored. All window and back glass are good. The front windshield is cracked. The center console is missing as well as the stock pontiac HO exhaust maniflods and 4 - Pontiac Rally wheels with trim rings but will be included from my stock if the Buy Now price is met (Non HO exhaust manifolds). Heck, it is Christmas, I will even put in an reproduction hood tach still in the box to sweeten the deal!!! A new shift cable will be needed as the old one was frozen and broke when tried to free. I do have the hard to find headlight bezels that I keep locked inside my shop due to that these seem to grow legs and walk away. My intentions was to use the front clip for my damaged GTO but when the car was inspected, indicating that it is a true and relative complete 1971 GTO Judge all plans were stopped. The 12 bolt rear has been replaced with a 10 bolt Chevy taken from the previous owner that he installed and sold in a '71 Chevelle SS. Another 12 bolt and can be found easily on Criaglist or Ebay for a reasonable price to make this Judge complete. REPO HO exhaust manifolds are available for less than$400.00 to bring the Judge back originial. The torque bars from the rear to the frame are in place. New floor pans are sold on Ebay for under $600.00 and in a weekend they can be replaced. All body work can be done and have ready for paint within weeks. This is how straight and complete this car is. All of the hard work of stripping the paint has been done! You can be driving this car and start collecting trophies by this spring! The Judge will demand over $50,000 when fully restored! Original colors were Canyon Copper Exterior and Sienna Interior. I need a front passenger fender for my convertible GTO. So if any of you have a good front fender we can negociate the price of the car at the time of pickup. This car is one of the rarest muscle cars ever built! Including Indy Pace Cars, Chevy 396 Camaros, Chevrolet 427 and 454 Corvettes, Ford Boss 302 and 429 Mustangs, 390 and 428 Torinos, 429 Mercury Cougers, 455 Cultass 442s, Buick Grand Sports, Turbo Grand Nationals, Plymouth 426 Hemi Cudas, 383 and 440 Road Runners, Dodge Chargers, AMC Javlines and AMXs! I reserve the right to end the auction early as the car is listed for sale locally. Cowl Tag: ST 71 24237 067661 BDY TR 264 62 62 PNT 02C Engine: 144209 YHOn Dec-25-11 at 16:25:36 PST, seller added the following information: #13 heads were from a 1970 GTO with a 400/350 hp engine. The smaller 72 cc chamber raised the compression ratio of the '71 455 engine with the same size valves (2.11 intake / 1.77 exhaust) from 8.5-1 up to 11.0-1 resulting in MORE HORSEPOWER!!On Dec-26-11 at 14:28:55 PST, seller added the following information: I have added some additional photos. The air cleaner in the pictures will not be sold with the car.
