1965 Ford Mustang *** No Reserve *** Up for sale is my classic 1965 Ford Mustang Original A-code Automatic V8. This beauty was built in California and has never left the state so it's very rust-free. It comes with the highly collectible original square pink title and plates. The original owner had always garaged it and took very good care of it so there weren’t any major issues before we bought it half a year ago and began to restore it to excellent condition. The pictures and video pretty much speak for themselves. Everything was gone through for the most part, including paint, interior, engine rebuild, transmission, brakes, and suspension. It was originally turquoise metallic but it was faded so gave it a fresh new high quality GT red paint job on the exterior with black accents to match throughout the car inside and out. Has brand new bumpers, trims, weather stripping, interior, and premium stereo system. All glass, windows, and doors in great condition. The doors open & close perfect and don't sag like they do on some Mustangs. Car starts every time, doesn't overheat, and runs great at all speeds. Can be driven anywhere! So reliable, it can be a daily driver! The 289 engine is mostly stock with some upgrades as you can see in the pictures. It has the original factory automatic transmission which shifts smoothly. Very easy to drive. This Mustang will burn rubber all day with a blip of the gas pedal as you can see in the video below. No oil leaks at all. As you can see from the photos I was originally going for the GT coupe look. It already has the GT emblems so all it needs is the fog lamps, mustang letters/GT stripe kit that go on the bottom, trumpet GT exhaust tips & valance to complete it to look like a factory GT. But as you can see the standard coupe side moldings and bottom trim were removed when the car was painted to make it look like a factory GT.
