Vehicle Detail
1978 Z-28 Camaro I am selling a 1978 Z-28 Chevrolet Camaro. I purchased the car 9 years ago from a family friend The car includes the following: Restoration includes: APM Machine Engine shop Morgan Hill, CA (approxiametely 3,000 miles on the rebuild; runs great). Existing warranty and complete original engine restoration. New everything, see below. Engine rebuild includes: · Flat top pistons · Stage II CAM and Bearings · Brass Freeze Plugs · Rods, lifters, rockers · Oil Pump · Timing chain · Oil Pan and gasket · Full engine gasket kit · Cylinder Heads and gaskets (882 heads) · Edelbrock intake manifold · Edelbrock 650 Carburetor · Edelbrock Valve Covers · Edelbrock Air Cleaner · Power Steering Pump · Alternator · Belts · Battery · Hoses · Radiator · Waterpump · Fuel pump · Gas Tank resealed · Starter · Distributor Cap, wires, and plugs · Thermostat Transmission: Turbo 400 EST. 10,000 miles on transmission, with a kickdown to carburetor. If you know about transmissions, this makes a turbo 400 run great. Interior and accessories: Stock interior except headliner (replaced), power window conversion kit, alarm system includes panic button, automatic window roll up, automatic trunk opening, new stereo deck and 6/9 in. Infiniti Kappa speakers, new center council/counsel. Tires and Rims: Purchased IROC rims with low profile tires. Brakes: Complete brake restoration in 2007. Worked great ever since. Only couple thousand miles out on car since. Suspension: KYB Gas shocks, new steering tie rod bushings etc. Exhaust: Dual two chamber FlowMaster all the way to the back with hooker headers. Very nice and expensive setup. Reason why selling: I have a truck, Honda, Harley, and a 67 Camaro I’m currently restoring. This was my first car, and I’ve always paid to store or garage somewhere. I have to drop two vehicles since I can no longer store at new house. The 67 gets a spot with the Harley. There you have it. Asking Price: $8,000.00 OBO Bid away and good luck.
