1958 Plymouth 4 door hardtop. 318 poly 4 bbl, pushbutton auto, wide whitewall tires, Colorado car, very solid. The only rust is in the rockers, that came up since the car has been in Tn, but I have replacement panels that are included in the price. The quarters behind the wheels and fenders are solid. I have to list the car as a project, it needs exhaust and the shifter hooked up to be complete. I've owned it for 10 years, and driven it for 8. About 2 years ago, the original engine began smoking, I sent it to a shop to be overhauled. Over the next couple years, they managed to lose the transmission and tear the exhaust off. The orignal motor was disassembled, and is also included in the sale. After I retrieved the vehicle, (the shop went out of business) I bought a 64 belvedere and put the motor and trans in as an assembly. The shifter cable is too short, but I located the correct cable and installed it on the original shifter mechanism, but I do not know how to install it on the transmission end. Right now I have an extra shifter hooked up to the trans with the 64 cable, it is under the dash and will work the trans, but it is not mounted to anything. I have a complete set of extra stainless trim and I believe an extra set of the sport tone inserts, and rarer yet, a compete, but rusty set of bumper wings that are also included. I have been collecting parts for this and another car for 25 years, and have decided to sell out due to an impending divorce. This is a rare, and solid car.
