This Blazer is very solid. It starts easy and runs well, and the four wheel drive works well. I have pulled the carpet and applied truck bed liner to the floor so that when the inside gets dirty I could just hose it out. I have replaced the rusty spots with new metal except for the rocker pannels. The tires do not have wheel wights on them that I can see but amazingly enough, it rides smooth even on the highway. I am selling becouse I am a Jeep guy. I have always thought the Blazers where cool but the Jeeps are just more me. THE GOOD - The motor was gone through buy the previous owner a little over a year ago and the engine runs well and holds good oil pressure even when worm. It has the following new parts: carburator, alternator, water pump, radiator, hoses, belts, heater core, fan motor, rear brakes, master cylinder, shocks, steering damper, battery, rear window motor, door pannels, arm rests, exhoust, and outside mirrors. THE NOT SO GOOD - The tach does not work. The brake light stays on when the engine is running. This started when I replaced the rear brakes and master cylinder. The brakes work well but I don't know how to make the light go out. The doors have some rust damage at thier bottom inside. If you wanted to really restore the truck you would probably want to replace the doors. The rear window is slow, even with a new motor. The switch on the tailgate for the rear window is messed up and does not work but the dash switch does work. The rear glass is a little scratched up. The drivers door lock does not always work with the key. If you have any questions please ask BEFORE you bid. I reserve the wright to end the auction early (even though I don't know why I would) and I reserve the wright to reject bids from folks with bad feedback. This Blazer is being sold as is where is with no warenties. Shipping is the responability of the buyer. A $250 paypal deposit is required at the auctions close and will only be refunded if you come to pick up the Blazer and think that I have missrepresented it in some way.
