Well used Expedition truck that until recently was in good working order. We have been the only owner, since 1997. Currently has inspection through to March 2012 and registered. However the fuel bracket has rusted out and fuel tank is sitting low and seems to be interfering with back driver's side wheel so is not safe to drive until fixed. More welding repairs are likely under front passenger side to pass inspection next year. There is a virtually unused 3rd row seat, otherwise the interior leather is worn. The bracket for the rear back window is broken so glass is "taped" closed to remind you not to open it. The electric windows do not work because the fuses wore out and have not been replaced. In principle though they were working with the exception of the driver's side which needs a new motor. The engine is in good shape with new starter and battery. It has been regularly serviced and maintained. There is dent in the back that has not been fixed -- a tree hit it. And there is a hole in the grill, that also has not been fixed. This truck would be ideal for someone who does own welding repairs and wants a rugged country vehicle with lots of space. A lot of little repairs would be needed to make this a comfortable "first" vehicle. We used it more as a utility vehicle. Otherwise it could be used for parts. Buyer would need to tow it from the house to be safe.
