You are bidding on a 1950 Chrysler New Yorker, 4-DR-SDN. This is a family owned vehicle since new. Has been off the road for many years, but has been started and ran from time to time. It has the straight-8 Spitfire engine and does run, but has no brakes and is not drivable because of that. It has mostly original paint, and the car is all original condition, and there is no rot or rust at all, and is an excellent candidate for a show-quality restoration vehicle. All the chrome is there and is in decent shape. The 45,000 miles on the odometer are the original miles, and the car is in exceptionally nice condition for its originality and age. The spare tire and original jack are included with the car but are not pictured. Interior is all original, and is in good shape for its age, but could probably stand to be redone for show quality. The front carpet is not pictured, but I have it and is in decent shape and was taken out so the solid floors could be seen. This would be an excellent car for someone and would be an easy restoration for a show-quality vehicle. This is an extremely straight and solid car.
