1971 chevrolet caprice 2 door hardtop with 52,401 original miles 454 engine and 400 automatic transmission numbers matching the car is all original and has been sitting in the shop of the second owned of the car for several years with the exception of being started a couple of times a year. thecars a/c works except the blower motor won't blow on high the cruise control workes great to i am just selling the car to make more room in my garage for other projects The floor pans and truck are in good shape with no rust in them that i have seen. I would not hesitate to drive the car cross country, because it is very reliable and well maintainedOn Dec-08-11 at 12:50:22 PST, seller added the following information: I have had lots of questions about the mileage on the car and yes they are original, first i talked to the 85 year old man i bought the car from and he said that he bought the car from his sister from colorado in 1988 and he also said that his sister bought the car new and was the original owner so the mileage is correct. The chrome bumpers on the car are in very good shape and have no rust and are clean and shiny.
