You are viewing one of the most sought after sportscar in the world today, the 1997 Porsche 911 Carrera Convertible. This is the last year of the wide body and air cooled car. It features a Metallic Blue exterior with a Cashmere beige leather interior. The car is absolutly stunning from bumper to bumper. The car has only 104,039 miles since new and still has many years of enjoyment remaining. The full power convertible top is in good working order. The owner took very good care of the car having it serviced regularly. Its history shows several owners but the has only actually had two. Do to a marriage and title change and a move to another state it looks like its been around, but its not the case. It was cared for regularly as I have many receipts to back that up as well as the name and phone number of the Porsche mechanic who cared for the car over the last several years which I would be happy to pass on to its new owner at the end of this auction. The car runs and drives like a dream, the car has no leaks of any kind as I had it in my home garage for a week and the floor is bone dry. The car had a new top put on by Porsche in 2006 and its in excellent condition. The car boasts a 6 speed transmission and shift like a dream. The clock is still working and its acurate. The car is a great daily or weekend driver, a show winner its not. Its a car you can drive and enjoy and not have to worry about every little detail. I know there are a few show cars on the market for $50,000 or so but you wont be able to enjoy them as you can this one.
