1968 VW Beetle 1500(53 hp) 4 speed manual. Delta green with white interior, 46000 miles. Runs and drives as new. Purchased the car 18 months ago because it is identical(almost) to one Dad had. I learned to drive in that one. After sharing with our family this past year, it is time for someone else to enjoy. Upon purchasing the Beetle we began returning it to it's current condition as it had been stored for many years. Recent work includes, Engine rebuild to factory spec and appearance, front suspension and steering, new door and window gaskets(German) as needed. Had been fitted with new Carpet and seat upholstery before we purchased. Everything works as intended except windshield washer which leaks under pressure. Great reliable, economical local transportation Bumpers are original and have some patina which can produce rust if not polished regularly, same with tail pipes. Scratch on driver side front fender.
