1980 Honda CBX

Hello and thanks for looking. Ended and relisted due to someone trying to Scam me. This is my personal CBX which I hate to let go... but I am moving on to a lighter bike. The Gauges show 14,770 and are 79 not 80.The wheels are also 79 and are nice. I have the black original comstar wheels and they are also nice,these are included if the buy it now is used,, $250.00 for the black set if the buy it now is not used. Bike has the low cbx sport handle bars.I bought this about 3 years ago from a man who said he got it from the original owner who had these installed when he bought the bike new. I have no way to verify this. Motor runs strong. The paint is original, and is nice one shallow ding on top of the tank that wont even show in photos, The front fender has been redone in new candy glory red. I have replaced the following, New Bridgestone tires and heavy duty sealed battery, Like new and rare Winnings six into one exhaust with the kerker big 3 inch race baffle. Brakes, master cylinder's, calipers ,carbs, and fork seals have been rebuilt in the last year, with about 100 miles of riding since then. Just had a oil and filter service. The bike stays inside always in my shop. Also new, Pingel hi flow petcock valve, Honda intake boots, KN filters from TIMS CBX, stage 3 jet kit from TIMS, complete Dyna ignition, accel 3ohm coils, and 8.8 mm acell ignition wires from TIMS CBX. This bike has TIMS Upgraded Euro charging system and TIMS CBX Matching fairing with Matching paint and stripe kit. The fairing comes off very easy if you decide you don't want it. It also has a factory euro cbx starter button switch which has off and on for the headlight, the standard switch has no on - off button had the light coming on as soon as the key is turned on, which everyone hates. Bike also has a new corbin gunfighter seat. The chain and sprockets were new when I bought this. The paint is nice, the fairing has a three very small nicks. The inside of the fuel tank was creame sealed before I purchased it. No issues other then a little sticky clutch when oil is cold from sitting to long between rides. Runs, rides, and shits nice. Much money has been spent on upgrades. The reserve price is very reasonable but only a few hundred from the buy it now price. It may be to your advantage to us the BIN. Keep this in mind when bidding,, if the reserve is not met I will be happy keep this beauty. This is my last CBX I sold my other two 79 CBX bikes last year. Bike is sold with no warranty, buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and arrangements, Overseas bidders are welcome. There is a $200.00 nonrefundable deposit only by PAY PAL, the balance by way of bank wire transfer, certified bank cashiers check or cash in person, No checks accepted if your picking this up in person. Full payment is due in 7 days, Bike needs to be picked up within 2 weeks, get with me if more time is needed. Clear title and current registration in my name.
