It's fully accessible for a handicapped driver or passenger. It's equipped with the following: - Lowered Floor - Power Ramp - Power Slide Door (Passenger Side) - Power swivel driver transfer seat - Hand Controls - Steering Knob - Keyless Entry The van runs and drives fine. There are no known mechanical problems. The exterior has normal wear for its age and it does have some rust. Some of the body kit is missing, it's the part they add for the lowered handicapped vans to make them look better but it has nothing to do with the vans performance. The interior is in fair condition with normal wear and tear and I would suggest changing the ceiling cloth cover because it's falling down as shown in one of the pictures. It has power locks, power windows, heat and AC which all work the way they supposed to but the radio is missing and you need to install a new one. This is a great van for someone that needs an accessible van for an affordable and reasonable price to get around independently. Don't expect a new van, this is a 13 years old van, but it still does the job and with the equipments installed you are getting a great deal for someone with limited cash.
