For sale a 1967 olds 442. 6.6L 400 cu. in. # matching motor. This is a true 442 with the 400 cu. in. motor which makes this car rare. It also has the 442 suspension (boxed rear lower control arms and rear sway bar). The motor has been bored 30 over and rebuilt with all the goodies. ( comp. cam kenne bell ect.) All done by previous owner. This motor is strong. We have recently installed a new fuel pump, gas tank, master cylinder and had some carb work done. This car is very solid. The frame, floor pans and trunk are rock solid as well as the engine bay. The body is great also with mainly surface rust. However the rear quarters have been redone at some point but down low and a hint of bondo over the rear wheel wells. It does not need full quarters just lower patch panels. Same with the passenger side front fender. The interior needs some work but also is not real bad. It does not have the original front bucket seats. Head liner has a hole and the seam in one spot is coming unstiched but is not falling down. It needs carpet. The rear seat is in good shape and so is the center console. And the dash pad is in great shape with no cracks. The rims and tires are in good shape and will clean up nice. All the lights work but the blinkers are not. ( probably need a new flasher under dash ) The car does not have mufflers just the headers to straight pipes. This is a running and drivable project that needs to be taken to the next level.
