I drove this vehicle for about 35 miles and it drove great. The engine sounds great (see video), the transmission shifted smoothly and the alignment was perfectly straight. The brakes are GOOD, although there is a very slight hesitation (sometimes), mainly when just tapping on the brake lightly. See the video for an example. It is sometimes completely unoticeable, but I must disclose this since it is sometimes noticeable. The interior is in fantastic shape as well, the carpets are beautiful and the car smells fantastic inside. This vehicle was very well taken care of as you can see in the pictures. This vehicle has power windows, locks, mirrors, seats, interior lights, cd player and A/C are FULLY FUNCTIONAL!!! The leather seats are very comfortable and there is only a minor mark on the Drivers seat (see pics). This car is VERY clean, door jambs, trunk area, engine bay is all very clean as you can see. The exterior is almost flawless, only a few minor rust spots, very minimal as shown fully in pictures. There is a donut as shown in the trunk. There are NO indication lights on in the vehicle! Don't miss your chance to own this vehicle at a WHOLESALE price. This car comes with ONE KEY and keyless remote. The title is present and will be given to the buyer upon pickup. The balance and pick up of the vehicle is due within 7 days of the auction ending. Unless other arrangements have been made, failure to pick the vehicle up within the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $25.00 per day or if you don't pickup the vehicle within the allotted time you will lose your deposit and I may or may not relist the vehicle. We will set up shipping at a fee of $50. There is a $99 documentation fee, and if you live in NJ I am required to collect the appropriate sales tax. If you have a driver's license and insurance, I will even give you a temporary tag for $25.00 so you can drive it home. This 2000 Mercury Cougar Coupe is in fantastic shape for the year and miles. I drove this vehicle for about 35 miles and it drove great. The engine sounds great (see video), the transmission shifted smoothly and the alignment was perfectly straight. The brakes are GOOD, although there is a very slight hesitation (sometimes), mainly when just tapping on the brake lightly. See the video for an example. It is sometimes completely unoticeable, but I must disclose this since it is sometimes noticeable. The interior is in fantastic shape as well, the carpets are beautiful and the car smells fantastic inside. This vehicle was very well taken care of as you can see in the pictures. This vehicle has power windows, locks, mirrors, seats, interior lights, cd player and A/C are FULLY FUNCTIONAL!!! The leather seats are very comfortable and there is only a minor mark on the Drivers seat (see pics). This car is VERY clean, door jambs, trunk area, engine bay is all very clean as you can see. The exterior is almost flawless, only a few minor rust spots, very minimal as shown fully in pictures. There is a donut as shown in the trunk. There are NO indication lights on in the vehicle! Don't miss your chance to own this vehicle at a WHOLESALE price. This car comes with ONE KEY and keyless remote. The title is present and will be given to the buyer upon pickup.
