Vehicle Detail

2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4x4 LT Crew Cab Up for sale is my ’04 2500HD. I have owned this truck since 2004 and am the second owner. I bought it from a GMC dealer in Bushnell, FL with 7,000 miles and was told that the original owners were an older couple who used it to pull a camping trailer, for what that’s worth. I drove the truck in stock form to around 30,000 miles and began adding parts to it. It has been a “pavement queen” since the day I bought it, never touching mud or going off road beyond a dirt road or farm road. The truck has every option available with the exception of a sun roof. No expense was spared when buying parts for it and installing them. I worked at a 4x4 shop for years and worked on this truck piece by piece as my budget allowed. If you’re familiar with IFS Chevrolet lifts, you probably know that CST is the best quality and best-engineered kit on the market (and that quality comes at a high price). No sawed up front differential, cut off frame mounts, or aftermarket spindles here. This truck could be put back to stock with basic hand tools in a day or two’s work, and it drives like a stock truck. No death wobbling, shaky, sloppy steering, loose feeling B.S. whatsoever. You can take your hands off the wheel at 80mph and relax. It has never been in an accident and has no damage aside from very few tiny scratches/chips that you would expect with normal use. Come see it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The truck has had oil changes every 3,000 miles on the dot using only Mobil One. The interior is also in excellent shape, which you can see in the pictures. No tears in the seats/stains in the carpet/etc whatsoever. I would estimate the tires at about 60% tread, and if you have any experience with Toyo M/T’s you will know that these tires have a lot of miles left in them. The only real cosmetic flaw that I can think of with the truck is that the wheels show some pitting in between the spokes. Not really noticeable unless you look at them closely, but it’s there. I am selling the truck because I have simply lost interest in it. It has spent the last six months untouched in covered storage with a battery tender hooked up to it. My friends harass me about letting such a nice truck go unused and essentially ignored, so I figure it’s time to pass it on to the next guy and buy something I might drive more often. Don’t get me wrong, I can’t help but smile on the rare occasions that I take it out, but those occasions have been fewer and farther between lately. If you enjoy compliments and truck related conversations with strangers, this is your truck. I have almost $50,000 tied up in this truck and I am willing to let it go for less than half of that. I won’t use the term “invested” because I realize that modifying late model trucks is not a sound investment. I’ve had my fun with this truck and I’ve paid for every mile and every minute of it. Basically, this is a “my loss, your gain” type of deal. It’s a very fun truck that has never been abused and will turn heads and run perfectly for many years to come. I am asking $23,500 for the truck as is. I am not interested in any trades, just cash payment in full at the time of sale. Please, no checks, trades, dreamers, or tire kickers. I don’t need to sell this truck so please don’t bother offering me $18k. Thanks for looking,-David
