1998 BMW E39 528I This vehicle is a private property impound. It has no keys and a salvage title due to being impounded. The car looks to be complete. I do not know anything about this cars history or how it runs. I only know what I can see. Here is my best educated guess. Like I said I can only make a educated GUESS from my experience in the towing industry. I would like to think this vehicle runs fine and is in decent shape. Here is why. It was impounded for expired MD Temp tags. In MD to obtain a temp tag from a dealer. It has to be MD inspected. Also, We sticker'd the car to give the owner notice that we would be removing it in 24 from the time we sticker'd it. When we returned the next day, the sticker was peeled off and the car was parked several parking spots down. I guess it runs cause cars don't magically move up hill several parking spots by them self. Like I said That is only a guess. When bidding on this car. Please assume that the car is only good for parts and you are taking that chance. Maybe you will get lucky and have a car that will last you a long time. It is a BMW.
