1966 Honda CL

1966 Honda CL77 305 Scrambler Up for auction is my 1966 Honda CL77. I have owned this Honda for 15 years and have enjoyed it, but I seldom use it any more. This bike is a survivor, not a restoration. It runs well and everything works and the chrome is generally in good condition. There are a few dings and chips that are visible in the photos, but it is complete and comes with a lot of spare parts, including a complete engine for parts in the event they are needed in the future. It is running on remote battery since it needs a new battery and I don't want to buy one just to have it sit for the winter if it doesn't sell. A new battery will be included with the purchase. If the bike does not sell, which I think is unlikely since it is near it's reserve now, I will consider selling some of the parts. I feel that the next owner can use them to offset the purchase price, or to restore it to pristine condition (which is what I would like to see happen to it). I will also consider delivery on an open motorcycle trailer for $.75 per mile if you contact me about it in advance of the close of auction. I will be happy to answer any questions, but these have come up repeatedly, so I want to address them here.
