This is my V Strom 650 DL. This bike was bought new from the dealer back in 2005, Im the second owner, bought it 10 months ago, life changed and its for sell again. The owner before me babied this bike, as i did. Its never been driven off road, never droped and very much cared for. This is an amazing bike for the adventurer rider, long distance traveler or daily commuter. The bike is in MINT condition, no scratches, dents or any imperfections...I'll let the photos speak for themselves. I personally change the oil and filter every 3000 miles. The bike will be sold with fresh oil and filter ready for the new owner's first adventure ride! As you can see I have made some modifications to the front fender, which I think, gives it a more aggresive look, this is an Acerbis supermoto universal fender, I cut the original in two pieces, kept the rear portion of it to protect the oil radiator, I still have the front piece and you can put it back if you prefer for the original look. -The bike comes with heated grips, with Hi-Lo option, two GIVI saddle bags in perfect shape, I have used them probably a couple of times, the mounting hardware comes off with the bags so when you take them off the bike looks clean. -Crash bars with oil pan protector. -Tank bag, expandable. -Michelin Anakee dual purpose tires with 80% tread left. -Adjustable windscreen -Handguards I am very meticulous when it comes to maintain my bikes, you won't be desapointed! I have recently changed the air filter with high performance K&N and battery. The original battery was still good but i figured after 5 years it was about time. You probably noticed that the red stripes on the wheels are missing on one side, I couldn't decide whether or not I liked them or not...your choice now.
