1972 Honda

Here's your chance to own a nice little 72 cb175, overall it's a nice little bike the paint shines beautifully with the exception of 2 small dings on the tank to the left of the gas cap (minor) as well as the paint on the side covers (please note the right side cover is broken.. see pics.. ) but all the mounting tabs are still intact, so it mounts securely..the seat has 2 small scratch marks on it (see pics) and all the chrome shines up nicely but does have some pitting/rust in the usual places, the muffflers are factory honda pipes and fit good but i dont believe they are original 175 pipes and the left pipe has a small ding in the side of it, i have cleaned the carbs, changed the oil and installed fresh plugs last week, the tank inside is decent its has typical rust inside from what i can see.. i have flushed it out pretty good.. i would reccomend installing some in line fuel filters just to keep any setiment from the tank out of the carbs.. i was planning on doing so but i dont have any for that smaller diameter fuel line. the battery is weak from sitting but should charge up once it's been ridden, or you can replace it if you choose....the tires appear to be orginal and have decent tread but they do show some signs of age,,thanks ... this bike does not have a title.. it will be sold with a notarized bill of sale only... PLEASE KEEP IN MIND... althought it runs great it's a 1972 not a 2012 it's an old bike and all old bikes need tinkering from time to time to keep them running perfecly.. they dont always start the first time... and they like to aggrivate us...so do expect to work on it as you ride it .. after all... thats why we like em.. so that being said ...GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY BIDDING PLEASE NOTE!!
