All new tires, shocks, rubber, chrome and so, and so on.The body is solid, and it was last painted Oct. 2011. The History In 2001, I began my search for a Chevy pickup to restore. In Pennsylvania all were heavily beaten and/or redone to often and/or rotted out; for way too much money. I bought this truck from Texas and it had a dealership emblem on it from Arizona. So very little rust and luckily no real dents, it had a beautiful body for a 66. Originally I did a full restoration and put the original running system in it, but over the years I upgraded. The system it has now is fun and powerful, yet great at highway speeds. My last modification was the engine, I started it in 2008 and got it done pretty quickly, but when I got into the body work, but I got side tracked, I fell in love with Chevy Corvairs. Now its 2011, and I have her finished and ready for a new owner. Good luck on your bidding!Last Comments - this truck is ready - for show or everyday driver and it even qualifies for racing standards. If you want to fly in from California and drive it home 3000 miles, it will get you there, its ready. All photos were taken Oct 31, (snowy Halloween) 2011
