For sale is a 1977 cherokee chief 360 v-8 with factory 4 barrel which make alot more power than the 2 barrel by 60 hp. Ill tell you the good first,the motor runs good and has good oil pressure,no rocker or bearing noise and starts right up-it fired up this morning at 29 degrees outside,transmission only has 12,700 miles on it and its the stout turbo 400gm,t-case go a new chain the same time as the trans and rear diff was rebuilt from wheel to wheel.This jeep has been sitting for 4 years and has not been used to thats how long ago for all the work. Now for the bad... for the most part the body is shot and the rear frame is rusted out.It has no brakes.I put some fluid in the master cylinder and it leaked out by the front driver hose so it has a bad line. useable parts IMO are as follows or you can use it for a plow truck,farm truck,off road vehicle,V-8 conversion or just for parts. Good parts are hood,tailgate motor still works and switch,driver fender,front grill,tires 235/75/15,t-case,motor,trans,differentials-dana 44's,front bumper,driver door,center arm rest and misc interior knobs and exterior small parts and all glass and window regulators in doors work.There are more usable parts but one mentioned are the best.
