Vehicle Detail

No expense spared on this car. Mods include 20 inch wheels and Goodyear tires (less than 500 miles). Coilover suspension with Stern upper control arms. Phaeton brake ducts and new brake pads were recently replaced. Millitek cat back exhaust and the transmission computer has been chipped for firmer shifts. This vehicle came to us hit in the right side. We replaced the two doors, centerpost and front fender. It was professionally repaired and all gaps are perfect. The paint is a custom color, all panels were primed and blocked with the same tint as final color. 3 coats of paint and 3 coats of clear were then applied and each panel was buffed before reassembly. The leather on the rear seat cover was damaged so we even bought that from the dealer at a cost of $900.00. As I said, no expense spared, you can see your reflection in every panel. I sincerely hate selling this car, I waited a long time to own a RS6 but a shift in business strategy has forced me to sell this car. If you require a vehicle inspection, we have no problem with that, please let us know. If you have any questions at all please feel free to call us toll free at 877-643-7626 or email us through ebay. On Nov-10-11 at 08:36:04 PST, seller added the following information: Explanation of the autocheck score of 59. Because of the way California handles their salvage titles, Autocheck has 4 strikes against the car. There should only be one. Unfortunately we have to turn every title we recieve from the insurance company in to California Dmv and get a revival number (aquisition number). This tranaction for some reason gets logged in Autocheck as a strike or 2 as in the case of this car on 12/15/10 when we turned the title in and 2/11/11 when Dmv processed the paperwork. Then when you register a car in California Autocheck views the title paperwork again as a salvage and gives it strikes as seen on 8/22/11 when we registered the vehicle and 9/02/11 when DMV issued the title. Because of the amount of questions on the car, I just wanted to make sure this error in Autocheck was pointed out. I will post either a link to the carfax report or scan some pictures and post them today... Thanks again for all the interestOn Nov-12-11 at 15:14:37 PST, seller added the following information: On Nov-15-11 at 10:05:03 PST, seller added the following information: I took some more photos and it reminded me that I forgot to disclose that when we painted the vehicle, the vehicle id number on the driver side center post was damaged (accidental sanding), so I ordered a new one from the dealer. It should arrive within the next month or so but could take up to 4 or 5 months. I have photos of the original one on the vehicle before paint. These photos and a copy of the title was sent to the local audi dealer and were required to order a new one. It will look better any way with a new one because of the repaint, instead of seeing a tape line. This should not be a problem in the United States because the vehicle is currently registered but I thought it should mention this in case of registration in another state a vehicle vin inspection is required. The car is registered and could be driven this way until the new label arrives.
