The buyer then has 4 days from the receipt of the deposit to do his/her inspections and due diligence. After the 6 days following the closing day of the auction, if the buyer has not completed his/her inspections and due diligence, it will be understood that the vehicle will be taken as an "As Is" without the inspection by the buyer.
