1983 V8 Chevy Rat Rod Wagon Less than 140,000 Miles 1983 Chevrolet Caprice Classic RAT ROD WAGON Flat Black Paint- NOT PRIMER- The paint looks pretty good, but it does have some bumps, dings, and bruises, the hood is flaking on one side, and some under the right rear side glass 305 V8 with 4Barrel Dual Exhaust 350 Turbo Trans PS,PB,TILT,CRUISE, Kenwood AM/FM/ CD SIRUS SATELLITE RADIO NEW 15in Tires on Chrome Modular Wheels- wheels have some rust New Shocks New Front Brakes Brand New in the Box Square Port Headers 2 15x10 inch Centerline wheels for rear/with tires 81 Z-28 Hood Scoop The only things wrong: As i was putting new shocks all the way around, i did notice the left rear has a brake cylinder leaking. I did replace the front brake pads. The power window on the driver door works fine, but the glass needs to be put back on track from time to time, and the rear passenger door handle is unhooked on the inside, (not sure what thats about) shouldn't be much to it. The only other thing I can think of, is the latch the releases the rumble seat doesn't work, we have been using a screwdriver to open it for as long as i can remember. This is a great driving, great running car. I drove it for 4 yrs. My wife and I made many trips to the beach and mountains with the kids, The kids used to fight over riding in the rear Rumble Seat, they also learned to drive in this car, then I sold it to my brother, and he drove it back and forth to work for 2 yrs. When he got ready to sell it, I had to buy it back. I had great plans for it, but Life showed up and blocked my process. I wouldn't be afraid to drive this anywhere ! It's very cool, gets plenty of looks every time we go out in it... not in a Grizwald kind of way, but a Rolling SUV Old School kind of way ! This will make someone and awesome, Driving Project.
