ok, was told this truck was a '55 when i bought it, the vin states it was made in '56, but has a '57 grill on it, early '57 maybe. It's sitting on a 68-72 chassis someone did a good job of cutting and welding. currently has a chevy 305 out of an 84 camaro, an automatic transmission out of an 84 firebird plus steering column and bucket seats out of the firebird and the original 411 positrac rearend. body is straight except for a dent in the right fender well of the bed a careless neighbor gave it, should pop out pretty easily. some rust on the right headlight eye where it got dinged. door glass has cracks. was a daily driver til 07, has been sitting up. added more pics of engine, interior, and truck bed, truck bed has sheet metal laid over bed frame. oh yea, its got dual exhaust, and the horn is out of a model T
