Low mileage 2003 Natural Gas Ford Crown Victoria P71. Only 51,521 miles. This is a 49-state vehicle, i.e. it is EPA but not CARB-compliant. Sorry, California, this NGV is not for you. For Oklahoma, Utah and all other EPA states only. I bought this car, had it shipped to CA only to learn I could not register it here. The car fires right up and runs great. A/C is ice cold. Runs smooth and has plenty of power. All power options (Windows, Mirrors, Locks) are working. Runs on inexpensive CNG and unlike a typical car of this year, the tanks don't expire until 2019. (CNG tanks have a 15 year usable life) . It has an extended range 5 tank 3600psi system. The car does have some remaining sticker residue. The trunk lid has a number of gouges in the paint from the removal of the decals and should be repainted. Other than a small tear in the rear bumper (as shown) there is no major damage to the car. There are a number of small dings throughout. There are holes that have been plugged where the light bar was once installed. The seats are pretty clean with on a minor tear in the driver seat (as shown), but the rest of the interior could use a good cleaning. I was going to have it detailed, but I opted to not spend any more $$ on it, once I couldn't pass California emissions. Also, as is common with these cars, the rear doors do NOT open from the inside. The rods that connect the handles to the latch have been removed. I saw a number of auctions with the parts needed to re-install these, but again, I opted no to spend any more money on it. Overall the car is in good condition. With CNG $2 cheaper per gallon than unleaded, I wish I could keep it, but it does me no good here in CA, since I cannot register it.
