Automatic What a nice car... This 2004 Toyota Corolla LE is very clean, in excellent condition inside and out, and it runs and drives great. This fuel-efficient sedan comes loaded with a nice selection of creature comforts, and includes features like an automatic transmission and remote entry. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. This exterior is in very, very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The "Opalescent Mineral Green" paint shines like new all around. It is a very pale, silvery-green color. Autocheck does show a minor accident in 3/04. Whatever the problem was was professionally and expertly repaired. We can't find any evidence of damage, and the car runs and drives like new. You can see the Autocheck report by clicking on the "free history report" tab near the top of the description. The seats are in fantastic condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in very good shape. The rear seat is also very nice. You can fold down either or both of the rear seats if you need extra cargo area. This Corolla has a full slate of comfort and convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; AM/FM/Cassette/CD stereo; Tilt wheel; Intermittent wipers; cold air conditioning; Rear defroster, and much more. Safety features include dual air bags. There are a couple of shallow "pock marks" in the material covering the driver's door panels. This is really the only noteworthy flaw we found inside the car. We found no other burn makes or holes inside the car, and we can not detect any smoke odor. The manual is with the car. The trunk is very roomy. This 1.8 liter runs great and gets fantastic fuel economy. Fuel mileage is window-sticker rated at 29/38 mpg. The official numbers have been revised, but REAL WORLD drivers are still reporting an AVERAGE of over 32 mpg at the official EPA site. (http://www.fueleconomy.gov/) The tires are very good all the way around. Current mileage on the car is 55,538. Autocheck shows accurate mileage. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
