2008 BMW 335xi Coupe - All Wheel Drive - 37,569 Miles CarFax Documented - No Accidents. Car has brand new tires, just serviced, 100% retail ready to drive home. Navigation. Rear bumper has 2 minor dimples on it. There are one or two other imperfections that are normal for a 4 year old car - too small to see in any picture and quite insignificant even to a most discerning buyer. I can see no evidence of any paint work or body panel repair anywhere. Interior is mint and almost new condition. The vehicle has only 1 problem - it has a "Manufacturer Buyback" title for an issue that HAS BEEN CORRECTED. The fuel pump had an inherent defect from the factory. BMW was not yet aware there was a problem and when the fuel pump failed, they replaced it with another from the same "bad batch". Since the BMW people did not have the "updated fuel pump" to replace it with, (when the replacement stopped working again) it qualified for a vehicle manufacturer buyback which the owner took advantage of. BMW has since corrected the problem and replaced the fuel pump with the updated and much more reliable unit. We have the document that attests to this and it comes with a factory warranty of 10 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first. There is also the remainder of the factory warranty up to April 2012. Please call your local BMW Dealer to find out what the warranty encompasses - I'm not too sure myself.
