Up for auction is a very original 1970 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler 429 CJ 4speed. 1 of only 865 built. The car is very original, the black interior is all original, 1 repaint since new, the motor is year correct but not the original one for the car, trans and rearend is the original. It is missing the correct air filter housing. The engine has been rebuilt recently as well as the clutch. It runs and drives nice. I have the Marti Report for info if you need it. Floors, trunk, fenders are good. The car went from midwest to California then to Pacific Northwest. The motor rebuild is recent, I do not have the papers. Transmission shifts good with no noises. Exhaust, shocks, brakes, tires, master cyl. have been done. I believe the miles are correct but I have no proof.
