Up for sale is an exceptional, meticulously maintained 2001 Ford F350 Super Duty 2WD 7.3L Powerstroke diesel long bed truck. This was my father's truck, which he purchased new. Exterior Condition: There is a small ding in the driver door, rear of the door glass. The tailgate has a scratch below the tailgate handle (My father had installed a louvered tailgate when the truck was new. He decided to store the original tailgate in the louvered tailgate box for safe keeping, and accidentally scratched it on a packaging staple.) The paint on the hood and top of the cap have places where the paint looks worn. Otherwise, the paint is a beautiful glossy metallic burgundy. I have included pictures of all of these areas. I have have found absolutely no other dents or dings whatsoever. The Michelin tires have good tread and are in good condition. Interior Condition: The interior of this truck is flawless! There are no stains, rips, tears, or wear marks of any kind. My father had covered the dash with a fitted carpet cover when the truck was new. I removed it a few months ago. Mechanical Condition: Everything on this truck works as it should. This vehicle needs nothing. I'm aware of no mechanical issues whatsoever. The engine batteries were replaced less than a year ago. My father retired from a company that built the solid rocket boosters (the large rockets on either side) for the NASA space shuttle program. His position was related to safety. He regularly inspected the engine bay of this truck from all angles with a flashlight and a magnifying glass...no joke. Recon (brand) LED tailgate light bar (a tailgate light bar is standard equipment). Lens is clear, but glows red with brake lights, white while in reverse, or red and white when brakes are applied while in reverse.
