If you want a Fire Bird Formula 400 then this is the one! About 4 years ago I purchased it; I had one in high school 28 years ago. I sent out the engine to a speed shop and had them rip it down to the block and rebuild it. The body was in real good with no rust on it. All the spots you look for in a Bird for rust was perfect, I think the car originally came from down south. I had the original rims painted by an expert and put new white letter tires on. I put new brakes back and front, new carpet and headliner. I had hooker headers with Dyno-flo exhaust. The speed shop added a little bit of a radical cam, it sound great. We also added a shift kit to the transmission, with a stall converter. I think I spend about $20, 000 grand on it plus what I paid for the car. It’s stored in dry heated storage with a customer cover I had made for it. I took a lot of photos of it but I can take more of needed. I have to Kids on collage at the same time so it’s time we sell.
