Up for auction is a Volvo 144S Sedan. This vehicle was bought at an Estate Sale. We did not receive a title. We are selling this car to the highest bidder without any reserve. We do not have a title and we are selling it without one. We had it running last summer. We had to put a fuel cell in the trunk to get it running and then we removed the fuel cell. The gas tank will have to be took off and cleaned or install your on fuel cell. We drove it last summer till the brake calipers froze up. Then we parked it. We loosen up the calipers to pull it around. The car seems to be all there except fot the driver side wing glass. This is a 4 cylinder 4 speed with dual carburetors. It is a quick little car. Just lighten it up to make a great little race car. This car will have to be towed. The car will run but the gas tank will need cleaning or cell installed and it will need a battery. Race it Restore it or just part it out. It will need to be moved within 3 days of auction end. Thanks for bidding. On Oct-07-11 at 06:03:38 PDT, seller added the following information: We do not have the keys for this car. The key cylinder was pulled so you can take a screwdriver to turn it. That is how we started it last summer. I also seen a 69 144s for sale in Maryland on Ebay with a bad engine. This engine would be great for that little car. I am relisting this vehicle again, no one showed up to get it. Since then the left front tire has went flat and it cannot be fixed it will have too be replaced. Please do not bid if your are not 100 percent you will come and get it. It does not run now please read above. It did last summer. It will have to be towed from my lot. It is not in a place where you can put a gas tank on it. As stated above it does not have any working brakes at this time. IT WILL HAVE TO BE TOWED OR HAULED. You can not come and get it running and drive it home or on a trailer. IT DOES NOT RUN AND IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY BRAKES. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT. Do not mean to be hateful I just want it out of my way. I could send it to the crusher but I hate too with the good drivetrain it has and all the good parts it has. THANKS
