This is an original GT 390 S Code 4 speed but currently C6 Automatic. Original CA car. Clear Title in hand. Currently not registered but has no back fees. ENGINE: Engine compartment very clean, No rust or holes, very straight, original radiator support (look at picture), Original pwr steering. Has AC looks original but the past owner told me that this car was sold as non AC but after couple years AC was installed by dealer. I HAVE NO WAY OF PROVING this but looks very nice work, needs to be recharged everything is there. I was also told by the past owner that this is its original 390 motor but as I did a little research according to the numbers on the motor looks like its a 67 428 Cobra. I was also told that the motor, tranny and rear end were rebuild but was garaged for 5 years. I opened the motor to confirm it was rebuild and everything looks new and clean then I put new gaskets and street performance cam shaft and a new RPM aluminum intake, and new carb. Still has the ORIGINAL valve covers and original air cleaner. I also noticed that the rear end looks like it was rebuild. So the motor is and looks very clean and well kept. INTERIOR: All interior like new condion WITH very good shape door panels but everything RED, has 65/66 pony front seats like new. If I get the right price I will also throw in a pair of 67 black deluxe seats with very little work needed has light cracks. Originally had deluxe steering wheel but currently has a Motolita. Still has original RPM tacometer working. All brand NEW weather strip EXEPT on trunk. EXTERIOR: ORIGINAL pwr disk brakes, exterior decoded groups, Currently still Has its ORIGINAL 67 Rally wheels in very nice shape w/ BF Goodrich tires 1/2 life still on them. Was originally white with black interior...about a month ago I just striped it all way to metal and got a very very nice paint job. Highland Green w/ Dupont paint and Standox Clear (no cheap stuff) ALL parts were disembled such as windows, chromes, doors, bumpers, weather strips, trunk, hood just to get it painted. I choose this color because I tried to clone it like the 68 Mustang Bullit movie. Has NO RUST. All sheet metal is original, original quarter panels, etc. The floor is in very good shape but the past owner did change a peace of the front driver floor pan maybe about 12" please see picture. Frame rails solid, all hard peaces such as trunk etc NO RUST. Original spare tire and Jack included. I had previously planned on putting nicer wheels and converting it back to stick, (STILL has the brake pedal for stick) and make it black interior but now my life has different direction...I hate to sell it because my plan was to keep it but I have a couple cars that need to sell. Its not show quality but very nice looking and condition. If you want s show quality you know it will cost over $50k. Excellent candidate to keep.
