I purchased this great Ranchero earlier this year out of California, where it spent all or most of its life. It is in very good shape for its age. Body is very straight with very few minor dings. It does have some rust along the driver's side roof, drip rail. The windows roll up and down well. It is a 170 cu in. straight 6 that runs excellent. It has had new or rebuilt: carb, wires, plugs, cap, fuel filter points, valve cover gasket, radiator, hoses, brakes and front end bushings. It has relatively new tires. I have driven it all over since I bought it. It starts right up and it runs and drives excellent. The electricals work (turn signals, brake lights, wipers, headlights, horn, gas, and speedometer). The tailgate operates well. The interior is old and brittle from age. The driver's seat is brittle and tattered, but it appears the original (blue) seat coverings are still under the white roll and pleat. It had a 3-speed, floor shift when I purchased it and I wanted it back to original so I put the shifting back on the column. I have a plate over the floor shift hole in the tunnel. I still have the floor shifting linkage and shift so if you prefer you could reinstall it. It had a new clutch and pressure plate installed just prior to my purchasing it. I have enjoyed this vehicle (I got about 25-28 mpg), but I must sell due to some pressing money needs. I have put what I believe is a very low reserve on it. I have a clear title.
