1987 Pontiac Trans-Am. 305 Tuned Port Injection. Auto trans, t-tops, CD..loaded. New flowmaster exhaust system. Car shows 174K on odometer. I have owned the car since 2003. Car runs and drives great..lots of torque, fast. The car has not been driven much the last couple years. I took it out last month and drove it 100 miles round trip..it ran perfect. HERE ARE ALL DEFECTS. Needs small dent fixed on drivers door. Clear coat paint is flaking on rear spoiler. Needs struts replaced. Headlight motors need replaced...but lock into position easily and safely with one finger by opening the hood adn go back down just as easily. Power door locks will sometimes lock when on outside of car..gotta remember to remove keys. There is a crack in the dash..hidden by dash cover. Interior needs work. T-tops will leak some during a hard rain. HERE ARE THE GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE CAR. Engine and transmission perform perfectly..and I mean PERFECTLY. No leaks of any kind. Clear Coat paint..very rich deep burgandy. Guaranteed to turn heads. Tires are good. The car has been super dependable. Only things I have had to replace since I owned it is a fuel pump, and an alternator. Again, dependable as it gets. I'd feel comfortable driving it most any distance, regardless of how far away you live. But with any car 25 years old..you need to make that call for yourself. $300 deposit with 48 hours. Balance in 14 days when you pick the car up. If for any reason you feel you have been mislead..or you are not happy, I will refund the deposit minus the e-bay seller fees which will probably be around $62.00 bucks. Simply by judging the looks of the car by outside appearances..it's hard to believe a Trans Am this nice..could be bought for this kind of small investment. SHARP RIDE!
