Vehicle Detail
This 1965 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport is in need of a total restoration. I am selling the Super Sport Impala as is and as a project/parts car only. I do have a clear Missouri title for it. The car still has an incomplete small block Chevrolet engine (missing the intake and carb), a th350 automatic transmission and the original 12 bolt rear end under it. All of the body panels are on the car and it has not been wrecked. The car has sat for a long time and has rusted heavily over the years. Almost every body panel will need replaced along with the floors and trunk pan. The original color was some kind of white or cream with a black interior. Now the color is kind of multi-colored rust. The interior of the car has been stripped of the seats and center console, the carpet has rotted out with the floor but it still has the original dash and instrument panel. For an enthusiast this car a completely redesigned bestseller for Chevrolet in 1965 is a desirable car to add to any collection. Completely restored these car bring between 17,000 and 30,000 dollars in today's market and there value will increase as the collector car market continues to grow despite the recession. When you are driving this Impala Super Sport down the road and everyone is looking it will be worth it. We are selling this car with NO RESERVE I can haul this car anywhere within the 48 contiguous states for $1.75 per mile one way, you can arrange your own shipping or you can pick it up yourself. I will not arrange shipping for you. 10-14-11 Looked under the car and the frame seems fine. I still am not sure of the motor size but am almost positive it is a later model small block Chevy. Hope that helps I also put a picture of the cowl tag on the listing.
