I have for sale a 1964 Ford F100 with Chevrolet running gear. The truck started life as a 2wd 6 cylinder manual trans, manual brakes, and manual steering. The truck retains the factory Ford frame, but now has a 355 Chevy motor, TH350 trans, NP203 transfer case and 1978 K10 axles assemblies. Also has Chevy power steering gearbox and Chevy power brake booster and brakes. The motor is a .030 over 1974 350 with 010 casting number. The engine has approximately 20k on the rebuild. Is equipped with Holley 600 carb, Edelbrock intake, headers, dual exhaust with turbo mufflers, HEI distributor, new aluminum radiator and flex fan. I replaces the rear main seal and oil pan gasket when it was out a month ago. Has good oil pressure and runs about 180-190 for temp. I am unsure of the mileage on the trans and transfer case but both work great. The rear driveshaft has been shortened, balanced and new ujoints installed. The front driveshaft has all three new ujoints. The factory Ford frame had new spring perches welded to it and also the sbc motor mounts. All fab work was done by a shop and looks nice. Tires are 33x12.50x15. They are about quarter tred and hold air, nothing spectacular. Front and rear brake hosed replaced, new front right caliper and new hard brake lines. Brakes work great. The body is very nice for the year, but not perfect. The hood and doors are ready for paint. The box was prepped years ago and will not need to be touched up before you paint it. The passenger fender will need finish sanding as well. The driver fender has rust in the dog leg. The cab will need work in the cab corners and front cab mounts to be perfect. Overall in good condition. The grille is out of a 1965 for you Ford purists. All glass is in good condition and installed. I do not have a tailgate. I wired the truck with a new wiring kit. The truck has brake lights, turn signals, tail lights, headlights both hi and low, park lights and all wiring under the hood is done. I purchased a 20 circuit harness and used very few. No speedometer and no fuel guage. I did install an oil pressure guage and temp guage. I have the original speedometer and guage assembly, but not installed yet. The seat is out of a 1969 Chevy truck and need covered. Does not have seat belts and are not required because of the year. I am listing as a project truck and is not finished. It is road worthy, but I have only driven it about 50 miles. I would recommend a trailer to get it home unless you live close to me. I have some extra parts to go with it. Selling as is, where is with no warranty. The hard stuff is done, just need interior and body work to finish. Lots invested! The truck is listed locally, so I reserve the right to end auction early.
