This is a very, very nice example of a 2006 Range Rover Sport. This HSE model is in very good condition inside and out. Its clean, it runs and drives great, and it has some very nice features, including the optional Luxury package ($3000). These vehicles are noted for world class off-road capability combined with fine luxury features, and this is a prime example. Its a lifetime Florida truck, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. The exterior is in very good shape. The paint shines all around. There aren't any significant dents or dings on the body, and Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include headlamp washers and front and rear fog lamps. Sensors in the bumpers are part of a system that alerts you if you get too close to an object while in reverse gear. While the exterior is very, very nice overall, its not perfect. There are some small scratches on the rear bumper that have been brush-touched, and there is one small ding on the left front side of the hood, just above the fender vent. The interior is in excellent shape. The seats have no rips or tears. The dash, carpets, and door panels are also in fantastic condition. Both front seats have power controls and the driver's seat has memory. They are also heated. The rear seat is also in great shape. Rear seat passengers have A/C vents, individually heated seats, and audio controls with headphone jacks on both sides of the vehicle. The cargo area is clean large, and versatile. You can fold down the rear seats if you need more storage space, and a privacy shade is included. You can open the rear window independently of the hatch. This 4WD Land Rover has some features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Harman-Kardon/Logic 7 AM/FM/CD changer Stereo; Cruise control; HomeLink; Auto dual-zone air conditioning; Rear defroster, and more. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, curtain air bags, traction control and ABS. There is a large colorful touch-screen display in the center of the dash. It serves as a control center for vehicle settings and the GPS navigation system. Sorry, the DVD navigation disc is NOT with the vehicle. You can get one from from online resellers and and they are usually available on eBay. There is a large power glass moonroof, and the auto-dimming rearview mirror has controls for the HomeLink gate / garage opner. The center console is home to a cooler box. The books are with the vehicle. The 4.4 liter V8 puts out 300 hp, 315 lb-ft or torque and it runs very well. There's very good tread on the tires all around. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. This car may driven, so mileage may be a little higher by the time the auction is over. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they purchase a vehicle in Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
