This is a survivor unmolested 1965 K code Original High Performance 289 4 speed Mustang Coupe Not original paint and the rear luggage rack has got to go. It is a Black Plate original California car with very little surface rust, except where the window drain holes failed. A perfect core to build back this rare straight Mustang. The trunk image is not rust it is the old mat backing that has turned color. Everything is there and could be brought back to life, even the original radio with rear speaker, the rare Rally Tach / Clock pack (still ticking) and all the interior lights work. The motor and trans work as I drove it from my home to my shop, however a rebuild will be neccesary as she blows some smoke, still wants to take off and run though. I can send more images and info as requested, my starting bid I believe is fair considering how rare this car is and what a collector it will be when restored.
