WOW!!!! A Smokey and the Bandit 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am with T Top. Car has obviously been sitting for a while but it has a lot of potential and a ton of original parts if you are restoring a vintage Trans Am. I don't have the time or the effort to put into getting this classic back on the road. BODY Yea, its a little rough but you need to look at the overall vehicle and the parts that are usable. All of the body is there and original. ENGINE Equipped with the 400 CID V-8, 6.6 Litre engine and all the numbers are matching. Although Pontiac used several makes of engines, I believe this 1977 400 CID was manufactured by Pontiac, not Oldsmobile. I have been told that the 403 was used in automatics, but cannot verify. INTERIOR Interior is complete but in need or restoration. Machined alumium dash is excellent and complete with all the guages. Dolby Stereo Auto Reverse cassette player. Rear seats are very good with only a small split and nick in the passenger side bottom. Console automatic transmission. We have the original T Tops, however one has cracked glass. Odometer reading is 17569 Has a complete nose assembly We're not asking much for this classis Trans Am Firebird and believe that we are offering it for a fantastic LOW price compared to other comparable models that have sold.
