For auction is my 1999 BMW 328i , as you can see she looks to be in reasonable condition . I would say the body looks very presentable , it does have scratches on it due to the age . If you are looking for a showroom condition car then this is not the car for you , if you are looking for a desirable BMW for little money that you can climb in turn the key and drive then I would suggest you read on as this car is worth a look . The body looks decent in my opinion , the pictures were taken this month before listing so they are accurate , there is a small dent on the left front of the hood as pictured . The rest of the bodywork appears straight , on the passenger rear door there is a small cover piece missing on the handle as pictured but it is a $15 part new . The interior of the car is in reasonable condition , the door panels are in good shape , the seats look presentable , there are some light scratches in the passenger front seat but there leather is all intact and looks very respectable . The carpets are in good shape as is the hood lining . The power windows work on auto and rear child lock. The car runs and drives , if I turn they key it will always start right up but it does need work . I was told by the mechanic that there is a leak in the air intake somewhere and what he did was unplug the mass airflow sensor What he tells me this does is makes the car use more fuel but it does run and drive as is , I would drive the car a few hundred miles and not worry but it will not be as economical as it should be. So if you are handy and want to figure out where the air leak is then you can fix it yourself . Other than that obviously the check engine light is now on due to the airflow sensor being unplugged . It also could use some general maintenance and TLC items which I have not gotten around to. The car would make a great parts car or daily driver if you choose to drive her as she is up to you . We are trying to reflect this car as accurately as possible, so what you see is what you get and we are obviously selling it as is. I am happy to warranty that it will run and drive when you get here , you can start it up and take it for a drive .
