I built this Samurai for myself to go four wheeling with. There isn't one part that is left stock. The truck has preformed flawlessly and I hate to get rid of it, but I have other projects to be finished and this needs to go. The mods are not listed in an particular order. The body has been completely reworked with new wheel well openings cut larger to fit the tires at full flex. New inner fender wells were welded in. It has been repainted on the outside with vietnam OD green. The interior is painted with a combination of herculiner and gloss black. It also has an Auto Meter monster tach, CD player, and S-10 leather seats. The interior panels were custom made to fit the new wheel wells. It comes with 3 tops: a full soft top, a half hard top that uses a bikini top for the front half, and then a bikini top with wind jammer and tonneau cover. The doors are removable and I put on the mirror relocation brackets so they can be used with no doors. Custom rocker guards were made and can support the weight of the vehicle. I did the 1.6L tracker engine swap with fuel injection and power steering. The stock mechanical fan was replaced by an electric fan. The wiring harness was built byTrail Gear and the speedo was modified for the speed sensor. A yellow top Optimum Batery is installed behind the passenger seat and is wired with 0 gauge wire. This is not a hacked together harness that you will have problems with. The engine breaths through a K&N filter and a Magna Flow exhaust and off road cat. There is a centerforce clutch that was installed and 4.16:1 crawler gears in the transfer case. It has heavy walled high angle CV drive shafts from Rocky Roads Outfitters. I also installed a Rocky Roads Outfitters full coil and link suspension system. It has a total of 42" of flex. The front and rear axles have Lock Rite lockers and 5.13:1 ring and pinion gears and differential gaurds. The rear axle has a disk brake conversion and a drive line disk brake for parking. In addition to power steering, the front axle also has high steer arms, crossover steering, Warn premium hubs, and Trail Gear chromoly axle shafts. Front and rear custom bumpers with hitch receivers. The blinkers and tail lights are full LED. It has aux. Hella lights on the front bumper and windshield. This entire combination rides on almost new 35x14.50x15 Super Swamper Boggers and black steel 15x10 wheels. Please contact me if you want to view this vehicle or have any questions.
