2001 CHEVY MALIBU 4-DOOR SEDAN 2001 Chevrolet Malibu 4-door. 93,970 actual miles. VIN 1G1ND52J716248217. We bought it new in 2001. Clear Oklahoma title. White with gray interior. Interior is in good shape, but dirty. 3.1 liter V-6 engine. The car has been used by the Handicapped Drive Education Department here at the University. Accordingly, it has been HIGHLY MODIFIED TO ACCOMMODATE A PARALYZED PERSON. It is currently equipped with hand controls for the brake and accelerator pedals. The power steering has been modified to be “zero effort” which means the steering wheel turns extremely easy and makes the handling of the car very different from standard power steering. A special steering wheel has been installed which has resulted in the driver’s side air bag being disabled and removed. The factory steering wheel is included as well as the removed air bag, but the condition of them is unknown. Car runs and drives very good. Engine runs good. AM/FM radio with cassette. A/C works as it should. Equipped with power windows and power locks. Power locks do not work from driver’s position, however individual doors work okay. Hole in the carpeting at the driver’s position. P215-60R 15 matching tires in good condition with some weather checking. Has unused emergency spare in trunk. The right front hub cap is missing and that wheel may be bent. Some paint peeling on the roof, hood, and other areas. Minor paint damage on doors may be evident due to removal of placards.
