Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This is a really nice 73 240Z Custom with a rebuilt Chevy V8 and rebuilt Auto Transmission. This is an excellent professionally done conversion and customization in the 70's Hot Rod style. This car turns heads wherever it goes and is a nice, fun driver/cruiser. I bought this from an older retired collector and relied on what he told me as he also bought the car already done. So I will state everything I know and as was told to me. The body is rust free and straight. There is no signs of rust repair anywhere or any collision or frame damage. West Coast car its entire life. Has MS molded front bumper/air dam, rolled rear pan, rear wing, custom light lenses, hood pins, and really nice details through out. Paint is nice quality and again great detail including all door jams, and under hood including engine details all painted. Glass and rubber all real nice. Interior is all stock with exception of custom shifter and console and the 07 model seats which fit nicely and look great. Gauges all work but Tach and speedo not hooked up... clock of course is intermittent. Carpet, panels, headliner all look excellent. No A/C but I have a complete after market A/C set up that can be purchased with the car. Motor starts and runs great... rebuilt small block 327/350 with a mild cam and Edelbrock 4-barrel carb. Excellent oil pressure and compression accross. Makes great power but still quite drivable and civilized. Trans shifts tight and true. Has B&M shift kit and drag style shifter. Car drives straight down the road and cruises nicely. Stops straight and tight. Brakes and suspension all redone. Has nice rumble and sounds mean, not obnoxious. This custom Z has had thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours invested. It's a great cruiser show car. Could be daily driver with minor details... I'm selling it really cheap because I lost my storage for it and will not keep this on the street. I'm a Z collector and I will tell you, you couldn't build this for double the money. The clean body and interior alone are worth the price... remove the V8 and go back to stock??? you'd still have the cleanest 240Z around for not alot of money... :) The car is located in Beverly Hills...
