The Black exterior color is in GREAT condition, with no signs of major abuse. There is no scratches or dents on this vehicle. There is a few minor normal road nicks, which is very minor. Overall, the exterior is in great condition. The Interior as shown in the pictures, is in Great condition! Everything looks Clean inside. Leather seats, and headliner, and carpets have no damage and is in clean condition.
Pirelli 235/55ZR17 Tires are in Very Good Condition. The Wheels are BMW factory with a few curb rashes which can be seen in the photos.

-Successful high bidder should contact Ultra Motorcars within 24 hours, or next business day, after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction.
-Within 24 hours foloowiing the end of the Auction, a $500 deposit shall be sent over-night express in a form of Cashiers-Check or certified funds. We do accept paypal for the deposit also. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis.
-All financial transactions should be completed within a responsible period of time, usually within 7 days after the the auction.
-Buyer is responsible for transportation to our location, which includes taxi fares, rental car, etc. Contact us if you require any special assistance.
-Seller accepts cashiers check, certified funds, or verfied funds from known financial institutions.
-Ultra Motorcars discloses as much information as possible about our cars. We welcome pre-purchase onsite inspections by competent parties. All vehicle are available for inspection by appointment. Buyer is Responsible for fees and charges of inspections made.
